How do I create a GreenMaid Portal Account?

Go to GreenMaid.Info, click “Login” on the top menu, and then click “Sign Up Now” at the bottom of the page. Complete the prompts to create your account.

Do you service my area?

We service most parts of Summit, Portage, and Cuyahoga counties primarily in the areas between Aurora and Akron, but we’re quickly growing so if you’re outside of that area, get in touch and we may be able to come to you too.

 

What is included in a standard cleaning?

How much will it cost?

Our Book In 60 Seconds page provides you with pricing information in seconds. Just answer a few short questions about your home and a real quote will generate instantly. You can even schedule and pay for your cleaning at the same time.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We do! We are proud to be eco-friendly. This means our products are organic wherever possible, and always biodegradable. We are child and pet friendly. If you prefer to use your own products, we’re happy to oblige.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Manage Your Account

How do I log into my account?

Click “Login” on the home page, and enter your username and password.

How do I change my password?

Log in to your GreenMaid Portal, click on your name in the upper right corner, and click “Change Password”.

How do I reset my password?

Go to the “Login” page and click “Forgot Password” at the bottom. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

How do I change my address?

Notify us of an address change through our GreenMaid Portal by clicking on your name in the right hand corner, and then selecting “Manage Addresses”. You can also call, email, or tell your GreenMaid prior to your move.

 

How do I change my credit card?

Log in to your GreenMaid portal, click on your name in the upper right corner, and then select “Billing Info” to update your payment methods, or give us a call at (330) 888-8931.

How do I book my first appointment?

You can book online in 60 seconds or call our office at (330) 888-8931. We’re here to serve you.

Pricing & Policies

How do I use my GreenMaid credits?

Login to the GreenMaid Portal, click “Giftcards” at the top of the page, and select “Redeem Giftcards”. Enter your code to redeem.

How can I view my GreenMaid credits?

You can buy, redeem, and track giftcards in our GreenMaid Portal. Register or Login Here.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

I bought a voucher and GreenMaid does not cover my area, what should I do?

Give us a call, we’ll be happy to help you sort things out (330) 888-8931. We’ll either come to you, issue a refund, or transfer your credits to another person you designate.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes. We realize how important it is to feel comfortable with your GreenMaid. That’s why we thoroughly screen and background check every maid. We also gather client ratings after every service to make sure only the BEST maids stay on our team.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Call or contact us immediately. We will do whatever it takes to make things right. This may include a free re-cleaning, refund, future service credits, or more.

We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes. We are fully encrypted and secure. Your billing information is always safe with us.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, every maid has been thoroughly screened. We check references, interview in person and do a criminal background check to ensure complete peace of mind.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

Simple – we stand behind our work. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We will return and make things right; we may also issue a partial or full refund depending on the problem.

What is your refund policy?

If a refund is warranted, it will be immediately provided. If there is a problem, we will offer to resolve it. We may also issue a full or partial refund based on the issue. We stand behind our work and you’re happiness is our happiness.
